To relieve the shortage of frequency spectrum resources (especially frequencies in low frequency bands) for LTE and LTE-Advanced and effectively promote the planning and allocation of relevant frequency resources, it is necessary to research on the evaluation of radio frequencies and develop corresponding radio frequency assessment and testing systems in order to provide adequate resources for the industrialization development of LTE.
